Cleansing Self Therapy Chakras Kit

It is suggested for any cleansing therapy that you place a Quartz point (or wand) on the head chakra pointing away from the body and a grounding Crystal (e.g. Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Obsidian) between the feet.

Rutilled Quartz – Draws out all negative energy.

Blue Chalcedony – Absorbs all negative energy and dissolves it.

Pink Kunzite – Clears negativity from the heart chakra.

Moonstone with Tourmaline – Calms feelings and overwhealming reactions.

Orange Calcite – Powerful cleansing tool for our lower chakras.

Tourmalinated Quartz – Grounds and cleanses.

Therapy

Place the Quartz point above the head and pointing away from it. Place the grounding Crystal between the feet. Then, place all kit Crystals (as illustrated).

Try and maintain quiet and calm having focused your mind on the Crystal kits’ intention  (Energy Cleansing) breathing deeply.

At first you may feel a tingling sensation on the points where the Crystals are interacting more intensly. It is good to work with a specific alignment repeatedly so you can connect harmoniously and obtain better results.

Be sure to charge your Crystals after each session.
