Empowerment self therapy Chakras Kit

For any 6 piece kit therapy it is good to place a Quartz point (or wand) on the head chakra pointing towards the body and a grounding Crystal (e.g. Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Obsidian) between the legs.

Lapis – A powerful amplifier for thought. Activates enlightenment.

Pyrite – Encourages a feeling of self worth, success and wealth.

Epidote – Gives courage and strength so we can enjoy life and make our dreams come true.

Sunstone – Empowers us, fills with joy and promotes our sexuality.

Tiger Eye – Gives courage and strength . Helps solve inner conflicts.

Red Jasper – Strengthens our sexual drive and supports is when a confrontation is necessary.

Therapy

Place the Quartz point above the head and pointing towards it. Place the grounding Crystal between the feet. Then, place all kit Crystals (as illustrated).

Try and maintain quiet and calm having focused your mind on the Crystal kits’ intention  (inner strength) breathing deeply.

At first you may feel a tingling sensation on the points where the Crystals are interacting more intensly. It is good to work with a specific alignment repeatedly so you can connect harmoniously and obtain better results.

Be sure to charge your Crystals after each session.
