Refund and Returns Policy

Customers of www.crystalyogi.gr who wish to return part or all of their order can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

In order for any product change to become accepted, the product must be unused/unworn.

A product can be changed with any other product of the same or higher value. In order for the change to take place, our clients are requested to contact us at info@crystalyogi.gr . In the case of faulty/ damaged products photographic evidence is required.

Any change of product, besides that where there is damage involved, is charged at 9 euro/ shipment.
